We are introducing Rhyming.

I encourage you to practice at home.

Rhyme,play games and read books naturally with rhymes.

Remembrance Day

We are making a Remembrance Day Wreath and having a school assembly on November 5th at 1pm.

Meet the Teacher

I look forward to meeting you all on September 11th at 6:00.

We will meet in the gym and then go to the classroom.

Frozen Treats

Every Friday the school offers frozen treats for $1.00.
You are welcome to send in money if your child would like a treat.

Recognizing and Printing Names

For the month of September we will be working on recognizing and printing names. We will be comparing names, counting how many letters in our names and be adding them to our word wall.
I encourage you to practice this at home also. Please use the first letter Capital and then lower case letters.
For example, Patti Not PATTI.
